We ship your order within Switzerland and Liechtenstein in just 1–3 business days and deliver to Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Italy within 4–7 business days.
Worldwide shipping possible, shipping time varies depending on the country, please inquire via support@yakwary.com.

Because we process our orders quickly, it's usually not possible to change or update your order. However, you can contact us at support@yakwary.com , and our customer service team will do everything they can to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. We're sure you'll love the product you order, but we have a return policy in case something doesn't meet your expectations or the size isn't perfect.

Once you have received the return confirmation, you can return the unworn and unwashed products to the address we provide. Returns must be received within 60 days of receiving the return confirmation email. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns of underwear.

Due to our fast order processing, we are unable to change the details of your order once it has been confirmed and processed. If you would like to change the delivery address, please cancel your previous order and place a new one.
Sometimes. Because we strive to get products to you as quickly as possible, we process and ship orders quickly after the transaction. But feel free to email us at support@yakwary.com as soon as you notice, and we'll do our best to see what we can do!
It depends! If you contact us at support@yakwary.com to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will be happy to assist you with the order cancellation (or modification). However, once the order has shipped, we cannot change or cancel it at that time. However, if you have received your package and are not 100% satisfied with the items, we will be happy to assist you with the return process. Once your items have been shipped, we are not liable for any stolen or lost items in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please wait an additional 2-3 days for delivery before contacting your local carrier for further information.
Exchange & Return
We're sure you'll love the product you order, but we have a return policy in case something doesn't meet your expectations or the size isn't perfect.

When exchanging products for a size swap, we recommend that you return the item and place a second order in the correct size at the same time. This way, you won't have to wait an additional two weeks for us to receive the product before shipping it, and we can ship it to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at support@yakwary.com .
The refund will be processed using the payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once it is complete. If you have not received the refund in your account within 14 days, please contact your bank with proof of confirmation so they can expedite the approval process.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you can either cancel the order to receive a refund or email us at support@yakwary.com to replace the item with another product.
We understand that you need to try on the products to determine if they fit, but please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns if there are traces of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume. If you are trying on underwear, please wear another pair underneath.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item does not match the description on our website, please email us at support@yakwary.com as soon as possible. After inspection, we will, if possible, send you a replacement product or refund the price of the defective item.

With the rapid growth of our business demand and product categories, we are expanding our supply chain partnerships in South Asia. We are committed to increasing our investments and efforts in sustainability and will offer greater transparency regarding our sustainable practices and supply chain in 2025.
We use a variety of materials for our products, primarily nylon, spandex, and cotton. All our fabrics are high-quality, PFA-free, highly stretchy, and breathable, ensuring the most comfortable and softest products.
Certain items we sell are pre-ordered and delivered using the 'JIT: Just In Time' model, which allows us to order just the amount of material we need for our customers. And we're working hard to expand this model to more and more products.
Using safe materials is a priority we take very seriously. Our clothing is manufactured without PFAs and complies with all regulations regarding PFAs. We are committed to ensuring that our products are safe for our customers and the environment.
Payment & Discount
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT. Please note that some banks may charge additional fees for foreign currency transactions when paying by credit card.

Yes! You can use both the gift card and the promo code in one order. Just make sure you enter the gift card first, then the promo code.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make price adjustments after the order has been placed.

Can discount codes be applied to discount promotions (e.g. 2 products at 20%)?
Discount codes are only valid for full-price products.
Since the promotion is already discounted, no cash discounts can be granted.
How do I use my code?
To redeem a discount code, enter the discount code during the checkout process. Only one discount can be claimed per purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to products on sale.
I forgot to use my discount on my purchase. Can you give me credit?
The discount code can no longer be applied after purchase. If you forgot to use your discount code and it has now expired, keep an eye out for new codes and offers in the future. If the discount code hasn't expired yet, please use it on your next order.
Can I use more than one discount code at once?
No. You can only redeem one discount at a time. Use is also subject to the discount code's terms and conditions.
Can I use an expired discount code?
An expired discount code cannot be used. Every discount code has an expiration date. If you have any problems, please contact us at support@yakwary.com
What if a discount causes the total order amount to fall below the minimum amount for free shipping?
A discount code cannot be applied to shipping costs.
If the total amount is less than the minimum amount for free shipping with the discount code, free shipping will not be granted.
